Buttermilk Pie

1/2 Cup Butter

2 Cups Sugar

3 Rounded TBSP Flour

3 Beaten Egg

1 Cup Buttermilk

1 TSP Vanilla

Dash Of Nutmeg (Optional)

Have butter soft, add sugar and cream together.

Add flour and eggs, beat well.

Stir in buttermilk, vanilla, and nutmeg.

Pour into unbaked pie shell

Bake 40-45 min. Or until Knife inserted in center comes out clean.
