2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Crisco
6 Tablespoon Water
(In a small bowl) take out 4 TBSP of the flour and add 6 TBSP water. Make a paste
Cut flour and shortening mixture with a pastry blender.
When blended add paste.
Mix together.
Divide into 2 mounds for crusts.
Roll on a floured board or counter or pastry sheet.
